Hi! I'm Itay, I'm on my 3rd year of communications B.A. in the IDC Herzliya.

I find high levels of well-being in listening to music, eating soul food and hanging out with my friends. I'm very excited to see the process I'm getting into with the best team I could ever ask for!

Shir Shechter, 25, B.A. Interactive Communication.

Born and raised in Tel Aviv. Studies communications at IDC. 
I started to do meditation on a daily base and yoga once a week. For Me, well-being affects all the aspects in life.

Yuval Miranda, 25, B.A. Interactive Communication.

Hi, my name is Yuval, I'm 25 years old and I'm an Interactive Communication student in the IDC Herzliya.

I find emotional well-being in the X-Gen very interesting since my parents are part of this generation. I grew up noticing that the people who belong to this generation are not dedicated enough to themselves, their main goals are related to financial security, their children's happiness and more.

Hi everyone, my name is Eilon, I’m a third-year student of computer science in the IDC Herzliya.
To enhance my personal well-being, I try to practice yoga and be around my friends and family as much as possible. 
We are very excited to start and share our journey with you!

Hi all! I'm Adi and I'm on my 3rd year of Computer Science B.Sc in the IDC Herzliya.

Emotional well-being for me is taking a break from our exhausting life routines for rest, sports and hanging out with my friends. I believe reaching high levels of emotional well-being is very important. I can't wait to see how this project is going to look like, I only know this is going to be interesting!
