How it works
The consultants sends their request for advice
A voice chat opens for both of the users and they can now discuss the possible solutions for the problem
An advisor is listening to the question and records an answer to the other user
Once they finished their conversation the consultant can cherish the advisor by sending them thanks to the appreciation box
