The meeting with Hezi

Earlier this week we met for a chat with Hezi, who wore two hats - one as a user test user and the other as a UX expert. The conversation with Hezi took about an hour and a half and was documented on a screen recording.

We first introduced to Hezi the idea behind the app, the pain of the 40-50s, the added value we want to bring, and competitors in the market.

Hezi then enters the user cap/person passing the user test. During the user testing, Hezi received three major tasks in Palau.

1. You want to record advice to someone

2. You want to record your question

3. You want to post another message to one of the users you've already spoken to.

During the test, Hezi said his thoughts aloud and explained at any given moment what he thought (as a user).

After completing the testing, Hezi returned to the lecturer's hat, and together we presented him with our existing challenges and possible options. His insights were:

Clearer dichotomy - a completely separate counseling tab and a separate counseling tab

give up unnecessary words.

Sharpening the microcopy add tags on the question's sections, when click Activate there is an extension and only there I have the option to record an answer.

Hezi's perspective as a user and as a lecturer also contributed greatly to our perspectives and because of the conversation, we made small and big changes to the app. Due to his insights we did some changes:

Home icon - Change the button back to the home page from the logo app icon on the toolbar.

The main person we wonder about combining the two advertisements on the homepage but after testing we decided that our main consultant man would be on the homepage.

Lower navigation bar - We decided to use the lower navigation bar instead of the top navigation bar. We also added a hidden burger menu to change between the commercials

Main Action - We decided to change the central button so that the recording consulting operation is clearer and more intuitive.
